  1. Current verification of disability.
  2. Classroom limitation requiring accommodation.

  • District plans Educational Plan
  • Student indentifies own needs
  • District ensures that the I.E.P is implemented and goals are met
  • Student is responsible for own goals and progress
  • Teacher advocates for student
  • Student advocates for self
  • Fundamental alterations are allowed to the:
  1. program of study
  2. graduation requirments
  3. instructional methods
  • Accommodations may NOT alter fundamental nature of degree applicable courses or degree requirments or instructional methods
