Creating the DSPS website was all about teamwork.

Delta College has enriched my knowledge of many cultures, in particular, Deaf culture. I’ve gained much experience from attending American Sign Language classes and labs, working as a teacher’s aide assisting Deaf students, making Deaf friends, and attending Deaf community events throughout California. American Sign Language and Deaf culture have become a focus in my life and in my career path of Speech Pathology and ASL interpreting.

Working at Delta College has been very rewarding for me. Not only have I had a great boss and worked with an awesome group of people, but I've also formed friendships that will last a lifetime. And we never forgot to have fun at work! This is the only job I've ever loved, not for the work itself, but for the friendships formed and for the teamwork.
