NURS 010 - Community-Based Nursing - Units 2

Prerequisites: NURS 6 and NURS 7 with a grade of "C" or better.

Limitations on Enrollment: Admission to the program.

This course is designed to provide theoretical and clinical approaches in providing nursing care to inidividuals of varying ages, with complex health care needs. Nursing care is provided in the community, in clients homes, where they work, and where they play. Critical thinking skills are emphasized and outcomes are measured using the Nursing Process. (CSU)
