Advisories: BUS-040 and BUS-044A each with a grade of "C" or better.

This course is an introduction to the procedures used to appraise real property. Topics covered include: approaches to value, property valuation procedures, legal descriptions of real property, and applications related to residential properties. Site valuation and the cost approach to valuation are also covered. (CSU)
