Withdrawal from Class

A student who withdraws from one or more full-term classes through the last day of the first census week of the academic term will have no entries made on transcripts for the courses enrolled in at the time of withdrawal. A student who withdraws from one or more full-term classes after the last day of the first census week through the last day of the fourteenth week of the fall/spring semesters or the last day of the fourth week for Intersession, will have a "W" entered on the transcripts for those courses enrolled in at the time of withdrawal. A student who withdraws from one or more full-term classes after the last day of the fourteenth week of the fall/spring semesters, or the last day of the fourth week for Intersession, will have a grading symbol other than a "W" entered on the transcript for those courses enrolled in at the time of withdrawal.
