H S 039 - Survey of Health Careers - Units 2

This is a survey course designed to provide information about a variety of health careers to assist the student with life and career planning and development. The course also introduces students to concepts which must be understood before engaging in the helping process. This course assists the student to identify strengths or weaknesses affecting admission into the health professions. Job functions, education and training, and employment opportunities are also included. (CSU)
