The Extended Opportunity Programs and Services (EOPS) at Delta College provides a variety of services to students who have been educationally or economically hindered to support their academic success in college. Students participating in EOPS will engage in a series of activities and services developed to successfully support their educational goals while at Delta College.

The EOPS Program provides participants the following services:

• Outreach, admissions and enrollment services;
• EOPS financial grants and scholarships, including assistance with the FAFSA;
• Assistance with the purchase of textbooks and supplies;
• Emergency Loan Program;
• Personal counseling and academic advising;
• Academic progress monitoring and intervention services, including tutoring; and,
• Transfer advising.
