Swimming/Diving (Men and Women)

In 1994, the Delta College men's swimming team were undefeated league champions, the first time since 1966. In 1999, the women's swim team were league champions, and in 2000 both the men and women's swimming teams captured the league championship. During the 2000 swim season, Delta swimmer Renee Locarnini was the fastest in the nation in the 100-meter, and second in the 100-yard breaststroke.

In 2006, the men's and women's swimming teams set fourteen new school records. The men's team was 5th in the State and had nine Community College All-Americans.
