VOC NUR 101 - Review of Foundations of Nursing - Units 0

Limitations on Enrollment: 1) For the student who has been tentatively selected as a CNA upgrade and has waived the first nine weeks skills but needs the theory content of the course. 2) For the re-entry VN or PT student who wishes to review previous course content regarding the role of the Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Psychiatric Technician`s in client care. 3) For the student(s) who have completed the course and needs a refresher in course content to successfully pass their licensure exam.

This course is a noncredit course designed to assist the VN student who has not successfully passed their licensure exam or the re-entry VN student who wishes to review previous course content regarding the role of the Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Psychiatric Technician`s in client care. The biopsychosociocultural aspects of care with ethical and legal considerations are emphasized and integrated throughout the course.
