VIET 052 - Elementary Vietnamese - Units 2.5

Prerequisites: Successful completion of VIET 51 with a grade of "C" or better.

This course is an introduction to the Vietnamese language and Vietnamese culture. Emphasis is placed on the following skills in the order given: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The combined five units of VIET 51 and 52 are equivalent to VIET 1. (UC, CSU)
