This course is an introductory exercise class executed primarily in deep water. The course emphasizes muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. Swimming skills are not required, but it is necessary to feel comfortable in deep water. Flotation belts will be provided. (UC, CSU)
