CHEM 001B - General Chemistry - Units 5

Prerequisites: CHEM-001A General Chemistry with a grade of "C" or better.

This course is a technical introduction to chemistry designed for the student intending to major in chemistry, medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, etc., each of which require a rigorous understanding of the fundamental principles of chemistry. The laboratory includes semi-micro qualitative analysis in the second semester. (UC, CSU, CAN CHEM 4, CAN CHEM SEQ A with both CHEM 1A and CHEM 1B)
