Recreation Assistant


Physical Education, Recreation & Athletics Division
Upon successful completion of the Recreation Assistant Certificate, the student demonstrates skills, knowledge, and training for entry level positions as recreation leaders, recreation assistants, recreation coordinators, and senior recreation leaders. The student demonstrates his or her ability to supervise aquatic activities, officiate games, to plan both adult and youth recreational activities or to transfer to a bachelor's degree program in recreation.
