Manual for Student Attendance and Grade ReportingClass Record/Permanent Roster |

|
A student must be officially enrolled to attend class(es). Under no circumstances should a student be allowed to attend class if he or she is not properly enrolled. Instructors may begin using the Permanent Roster, approximately two weeks after the beginning of the term. This document should list students who were enrolled on the first day of class (unless they subsequently dropped) and any students who added during the Late Enrollment and Adjustment Period. Your permanent class record reflects System 2000 Lite information. Please check each class section in System 2000 Lite carefully to determine if students who completed an Instructor Add Memorandum form have officially been enrolled in the course and if all equivalency requests have been approved. Instructors are encouraged to utilize Micrograde for tracking attendance and grade recording. For attendance tracking only, instructors may elect to use MS Excel Spreadsheets. Assistance with preparing MS Excel Spreadsheets is provided in the Faculty Resource & Development Center, located in the Holt 121. The Center is open as follows:
Instructors who wish to use an Excel Spreadsheet already formatted in docushare may do so by following these instructions. Instructions Help?
