Lisa Vigil is a Stockton resident and former Delta College student. Lisa says, “I have fond memories of my Delta College instructors, counselors, and the friendships I developed with fellow classmates.”

 An interest in the construction trades led Lisa to a four-year apprenticeship program at the Fairfield Training Center in Fairfield, CA. Through the Fairfield Training Center, Lisa earned her status as a Journeyman Carpenter. Lisa is currently a Field Representative for Carpenter's Local 152 in Manteca. “My husband David and I have two wonderful sons, David Jr., and Michael. We also have two beautiful grandchildren, David and Audrey.”

Regarding her interest in the Citizens Oversight Committee, Lisa says, “I wanted to be on the Measure L Citizen's Oversight Committee because within the last few years, I've seen the need to be more active in my community. When Measure L came about, I thought this was something I wanted to see passed. Then an opportunity arose to sit on the oversight committee; I couldn ' t wait to apply. Thank you for the opportunity to serve my community.”
