A native of Lodi, California, Nicole Goehring received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music in 1995 from the University of California, Davis. A gifted musician, Nicole has played piano since the age of three. Nicole has won numerous awards and honors as a pianist. She studied under renowned pianists Antonio Ubaldo from the University of the Pacific Conservatory of Music, Lois Brandwynne from the University of California, Davis, and Lodi’s own Bill Pisani.
Nicole has performed many times with the UC Davis Drama Department in major productions such as Evita. In addition, Nicole has performed with the UC Davis Musical Theater Group, Chamber Music Ensemble and River City Theatre Company. Nicole played regularly on Saturday nights at Lodi’s Back Bay Restaurant. In December, 2007, Nicole performed George Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue with the Lodi Community Band.
Nicole was the District Director for seven-term Congressman Richard Pombo, who represented the 11th Congressional District. The 11th Congressional District includes San Joaquin, Alameda, Santa Clara and Contra Costa Counties.
Since January 2007, Nicole has worked for the Associated Builders and Contractors Golden Gate Chapter as the Govt. Affairs Director. In March 2008, Nicole was the recipient of the ABC National Excellence in Govt. Affairs Award.
Nicole is a member of the San Joaquin County Republican Central Committee, Lodi Sunrise Rotary Club and Junior League of San Joaquin County.
